Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. Through the 80s, she was a household name with her roles on several TV series. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild launched her acting career in 1973-77 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. In 1978 she appeared on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). In 1984, she co-starred on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls and then appeared in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild performed on stage and appeared as a guest in television comedy series such as Murphy Brown. (For which, she was nominated Primetime Emmy Award nominee for the best Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. She also serves as an SAG-AFTRA board membership.
